I obtained a Level 3 Administration Diploma back in 2018 after numerous administration roles since finishing college. I have also had experience working in retail, bar work, care work, and sales. With this vast number of occupations, primarily customer based, I have gained masses of experience and knowledge working with clients and providing the best service I can.

I joined The Levels family in January 2025 as a Mortgage Administrator, after relocating from my home town in Dorset.

Outside of work I am enjoying exploring the new area I live in, and spending quality time with my family, friends and partner (and Raff the Rottweiler!)
