I’m an experienced former engineer with a strong background in customer relations, where I have developed my communication skills and critical thinking abilities. I take pride in seeing projects through from start to finish, ensuring every detail is addressed along the way. My previous experience has equipped me with the skills to manage complex tasks effectively, while my communication abilities allow me to collaborate with clients and team members. I made the switch to the mortgage industry because I had a positive experience myself when buying my first property, and I believe that the service from the initial contact is just as important as the final outcome, I am therefore dedicated to delivering top class service every step of the way.

In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, walking my sausage dog Darcy, and watching football or F1.
