I’ve been passionate about helping people with their finances since 2008, when I began my career in personal banking at one of the UK’s major high street banks. My drive to make a real difference for customers helped me move quickly into management, where I loved passing on my skills and knowledge to my team, but I always missed that direct connection with the people I was helping.

That’s what led me to the mortgage world in 2013. Over the years I built up plenty of experience before joining The Levels family in 2021 because I wanted to offer my customers a much wider range of products and services, and the ability to be right there with them at every step of their mortgage journey. That’s exactly what I get to do every day, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
